Coach Jamie’s training has pushed me to be a better athlete but also pushes me to be a better person. The personal aspect of his training allows him to truly understand your strengths and weaknesses so he can put together a plan to allow you to get better. He is there constantly to motivate you when you want to give up and remind you of your goals that you are trying to achieve. Coach Jamie’s training made me into the athlete that I am today and helped me to believe that I am capable of anything. Not only did I drop time I also grew as a person over the years that I trained with Coach Jamie.

I’ve been training with coach Jamie since I was 12 on. I am 19 now and I still train with him and likely will do so until I cannot anymore. He’s been exceptional as both a coach, father figure and mentor. He is very hands on and deeply concerned with the well being of not only the athlete/client but also the person. He goes out of his way to make sure the client/athlete reaches their goals and is very passionate himself about them. He’s put numerous athletes through college and helped them achieve their goals, myself included. While also taking time out to train clients and helping them achieve their goals within their weight loss of fitness journey. He took me from 110 pounds to 116 in weeks and dropped my times significantly through increasing my speed and strength in short amounts of time that ultimately last a long time. He is very keen on hard work that includes fun and great conversation if need be. His results and the numbers of people he has helped is undeniably exceptional.

Coach Jamie's plan will allow you to step outside your comfort zone in order to achieve your goals. I loved my time with Coach Jamie because of his aggressive, attentive, and adaptive coaching style. His resume is filled with success story after success story, his coaching method coupled with his knowledge about anatomy and understanding of each individual is unmatched.
I love his training because it works and its personal, it's as simple as that. He does not just lay out a generic plan and call it a day, he takes the time to get to know the athlete and that is key. An athlete is not just built of physical strength, but emotional strength as well. Although, he is able to watch someone race and or compete one time or even walk into the room and he understands their strengths and weaknesses, he also understands that athlete mentally and that takes his coaching to another level. Under him, failure is not an option - he won't allow it and if you believe in yourself the way that Coach Jamie believes in you, the sky is the limit.
Coach Jamie pushed me to become a better athlete; I began training with him when I was coming off an injury. He was patient with me and was very adaptable to how I felt each day. His flexibility and emotional intelligence while working with me meant a lot as I was a high performance athlete and also felt a pressure to be the best at everything...he brought out the best in me. As much as he made me a better athlete, he helped develop a grit and work ethic in me that I took to Ohio State, these transferable skills and characteristics will be with me for a lifetime.

I have known Coach Jamie and trained with him for a long time and one of the things that made me keep wanting to train with him is his work ethic to figure out how to make me better as an all around athlete. He pays attention to all the details in every little movement to make sure you are training as efficiently as possible and pushes you to do it the correct way. He’s also not afraid to tell you when you are slacking and for me that was something that I needed to become the athlete I am now. When I first trained with him I was running a mile just over 7 minutes. Now after a series of intense workouts I am running a mile in a little over 5 minutes and one of the top conditioned athletes on my team. I can truly say without Coach Jamie I would not be in the position i am today as an athlete. He had been there every step of the way not as just a coach but also a great person to me and my family!

Coach Jamie’s training for me not only changed me physically but mentally as well. I broke out of my shell more and became more confident in my abilities and I always appreciated how he’d discuss with me the areas where I needed to improve so we could work on it. Coach Jamie’s training has helped me phenomenally for my physical and mental strength. He works with me personally to understand what I need to get better and improve myself. Coach Jamie keeps me going with constant motivation and pushes me to strive to better every session. In the beginning I felt as if the goals he set for me were a bit far fetched, but by providing energy to every workout he was able to show me that I was capable of so much more than what I thought. My drive increased as I noticed his training had brought me to shave seconds off my times by the the end of the season. I have been training with Coach Jamie for the past 5 years. Without a doubt, Jamie has made me the athlete I am today. He enables a strong work ethic in all of his athletes and encourages us to be the best versions of ourselves. Within our first year it was apparent that all of the training paid off. My times dropped drastically & my hurdle technique improved tenfold. Without Jamie, there is no way I would be running division 1 hurdles. He truly is the best coach!
